A VERY VERSATILE ANALYZER
The new Power Quality Analyzer Sonel model PQM-707 is a multi-function testing instrument for the measurement and analysis of all aspects of power. It's wide measurement capabilities can be used to measure individual loads, entire facilities, or power distribution networks. It is designed to be a trouble-shooting tool, a spot-check meter and real-time scope, or as a logger for long-term monitoring, for power quality disturbances, and for energy or power consumption studies.
The PQM-707 is well-suited to engineers and technicians in commerical and industrial facilities departments, field services, utility companies, as well as energy managers and power consultants.

HIGH SAFETY
The PQM-707 measurement category is CAT IV 600V - higher than most other testing tools. Providing greater peace of mind during every day use, use it with confidence.
WIDE VOLTAGE RANGE
The analyzer can be used in power distribution systems to 760V directly, or at switchgear and substations via potential-transformers (PT's) to measure medium and high voltages. (Ratios are programmable.) It can measure both 50/60Hz and DC systems.
BIG DISPLAY- The largest in this class of analyzers
A 7-inch color touch screen overcomes the diificulty seeing clearly when wearing tinted safety visors.
IDENTIFY AND SQUASH POWER QUALITY PROBLEMS
All parameters are measured TO IEC 61000-4-30 STANDARD S-CLASS guaranteeing high accuracy of measurements. Plus power quality to the requirements of European standard EN 50160.
Measurements: Sags (dips), swells, transients, harmonics, unbalance, frequency, crest factor, flicker, inrush current.
ENERGY AND POWER
Watts, VA, VAr, true Power Factor TPF, displacement Power Factor dPF, kWh, Calculation of Energy Tariffs
8 CHANNELS FOR ALL SINGLE-PHASE AND THREE-PHASE APPLICATIONS
Voltage L1, L2, L3, N-G (five inputs) Current L1, L2, L3, N (four inputs)
PORTABILITY AND PRODUCTIVITY
At a similar size to laptop PC's (11.3" x 8.8" x 3") and 3.9 lbs the PQM-707 is highly portable. Thanks to the built-in lithium-ion battery testing can be performed in the field without connecting an AC adapter; very useful when moving from location to location for spot-checks at multiple loads in a work day. The battery power provides between 4 - 6 hours of operation.
DATA STORAGE AND DATA ANALYSIS
4GB microSD card included. Record data for weeks, transfer data to a PC. Sonel Analysis software (included) plots graphs and displays results for reports.
